The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer, and nothing on the site creates a client relationship or any engagement between you and Bennu Edge. Engagements begin only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Bennu Edge LLC is a financial-technology and software company and the operator and primary platform counterparty for the separate Bennu product at bennu.app. This corporate studio website does not itself accept customer funds or provide banking, payment, investment, custody, or crypto-asset services. Bennu is not a bank, payment institution, cryptocurrency exchange, asset custodian, broker, or investment adviser.

Bennu facilitates self-custody through Privy user wallets configured so the user controls and authorises transactions. Bennu Edge LLC does not receive or safeguard the user's private key or hold the user's digital assets. User-authorised swaps, routing, earning, and other DeFi activity settle on third-party protocols and blockchain networks. 0x and Relay may provide routing infrastructure. Bennu does not operate those protocols, take principal positions, match orders, or become a party to the on-chain transaction.

Displayed APY is an estimate based on third-party protocol data and conditions. It is variable, is not guaranteed, and does not predict future results. Actual returns may be lower or negative and users may lose part or all of their capital.

Depending on the selected flow, a specific third-party entity may provide one or more fiat, payment, virtual-account, or on/off-ramp functions. Before activation, the live flow must identify the service, legal provider, applicable terms, and territory. Bridge, Transak, and Iron are possible integrations; this does not mean that each brand supplies every function or is available in every country. Provider status is not a Bennu licence. Bennu Edge LLC does not claim to hold a MiCA CASP authorisation, a UAE virtual-asset or financial-services licence, or a US money-transmitter licence; each flow must be classified according to its actual functionality, contractual allocation, and jurisdiction. Bennu Edge, S.L. provides limited administrative and operational support and remains the controller described in Bennu's current privacy policy.

The Bennu website and services are not intended for persons located in the United Kingdom and must not be accessed or used from the United Kingdom. Availability elsewhere depends on the product, provider, residence, eligibility, and applicable law.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bennu Edge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

This site is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites that may be linked from this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the courts of New Mexico.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
